- My coworkers are smart and passionate about Knix's cause, so it's fun to come to work every day and tackle the next big problem. - The company still has a start-up mentality, so there aren't many processes and standards as you would expect from a more established retail company. However, this means that Knix is open to change and experimentation.
Cons
- It's a very fast-paced environment, so if you're not ready to pivot multiple times a day or challenge priorities, you will not thrive here. - The expectations Knix set itself are very high
