Pros
There used to be perks and incentives company wide to recognize top performing teams
Cons
Poor pay, poor hours, lack of work/life balance (managers and head office staff will text/call/email at all hours day or night), unreasonable kpi's for stores, unrealistic bonus structure and any feedback that wasn’t positive was shut down. Customers were awful, you were constantly deescalating anxious and irritable women to then not have any stock in their size to sell once they finally liked something. Company opened 6 stores in 6 weeks without addressing stock issues in current locations and increased monthly targets beyond anything obtainable and upper management made us feel like we were the issue in store even though we increased profits 10% year over year. No room for growth even within the store level.
