Valued as a retail worker - Retail Sales Associate Knix Employee Review

Overall, I've had a very positive experience working at Knix. As a part-time retail worker, I feel respected as a person instead of a number. They offer certain benefits such as 5 sick days/year which is unheard of at other retailers. The district manager and upper management take the time to listen to your opinions and actually act on them. Another fun perk is the optional snacks/drinks the company supplies for workers during their work day and the occasional 'paid lunch' during busy times of the year. Management also makes scheduling extremely easy and flexible.
