      I love to work for Knix, they always want to keep a good environment, the company takes really serious about diversity and equity. Laura and Geri are really lovely and concern about the team.

      Moves slow on winter so you get less hours.

      I will say the only positive is the AMAZING PRODUCT.

      Cons

      -no raises -only 12 employee purchases a year -set up to fail with little to no stock in stores which results in not achieving bonus' -little to no communication from leadership -zero opportunity for growth -A female owned, operated, and catered to female yet, far from female empowerment
