Pros
-Great innovative products. I will be a die hard Knix product fan for life. -Excellent branding and partnerships of authentic people who truly believe in the brand such as The Birds Papaya and Ashley Graham. -Smart and talented coworkers who really believe in the company and work really hard. -Competitive compensation. -Beautiful stores with an amazing retail team.
Cons
-Chaotic and poor communication at times although this is due to the high expectations and output of an innovative company. -The leadership team has been a revolving door. The head of finance and head of hr has changed many times. This is very concerning to me no matter how you spin the story. -The internal culture and brand does not match the external brand. This stems from the CEO who has publicly slandered past and current employees and does not demonstrate kindness or empowerment that she preaches externally.
