      Great coworkers and positive environment. Customers amazing and kind! Products are nice as well

      Cons

      Management is disorganized, and not supportive. Can take days to get response about important information. Once you receive the responce it is hostile and undermining your concerns.

      Pros

      I will say the only positive is the AMAZING PRODUCT.

      Cons

      -no raises -only 12 employee purchases a year -set up to fail with little to no stock in stores which results in not achieving bonus' -little to no communication from leadership -zero opportunity for growth -A female owned, operated, and catered to female yet, far from female empowerment
