Pros

The company attracts genuinely talented, thoughtful people who care deeply about the work. Many employees are highly skilled, collaborative, and committed to delivering strong outcomes. On paper, the ambition and potential are there.

Cons

Unfortunately, the culture set by senior leadership, specifically the President and Chief Creative Officer (her best friend since grade school as we were often reminded) creates a hostile and demoralizing working environment. There is a consistent pattern of dismissive communication, public undermining, and a lack of respect for professional expertise. Employees are frequently made to feel that their experience, judgment, and care for the work are either irrelevant or unintelligent. Feedback often comes in the form of condescension rather than constructive guidance. The most frustrating part is that leadership actively recruits strong talent, then proceeds to treat those same people as if they do not understand the work they were hired to do. This disconnect leads to burnout, loss of confidence, and high turnover among people who otherwise want to do great work. There is little psychological safety. Speaking up, asking questions, or pushing for better outcomes is often met with defensiveness or hostility rather than collaboration.

Pros

I will say the only positive is the AMAZING PRODUCT.

Cons

-no raises -only 12 employee purchases a year -set up to fail with little to no stock in stores which results in not achieving bonus' -little to no communication from leadership -zero opportunity for growth -A female owned, operated, and catered to female yet, far from female empowerment
