Pros

Helping women find good foundations can be very rewarding if the company would just let us do that!! The ones that sit in the offices, corporate, that get to make all the rules, yet have no idea what we must do daily. Guarantee they couldn’t do what we do as good as we do.Payroll is an absolute joke. You need people but can’t really hire a lot because you have no payroll. Basically have enough payroll for two full timers and one part timer. Seriously.

Cons

NO PAYROLL. They work us to death. We get no breaks or lunches. Barely have time to go to the bathroom. I have people that want to work, which is RARE, but I have no payroll. I hate this company with every fiber of my being. And there’s not enough time to write everything that is wrong here. The problem is people making the rules that, once again, have no idea what it takes to do what we do. They continue to show that they do not care about their people AT ALL.

Pros

Managed to get promoted so not all bad but difficult not to complain now that raises and bonuses aren’t coming anymore. Middle management tries but is often stonewalled by senior management so that’s

Cons

- No raises in a couple of years despite economic conditions - Really pushing AI, we all know this is a thin veil for layoffs in the future but we’ve also been told it’s their way or the highway. - Management ignores input from senior technical staff to cut costs at the expense of labor hours. - had massive restructuring where we ended up doing more work, with the same amount of people and the same compensation.
