Pros

high salary on paper, working with a so-called serial entrepreneur

Cons

1. Consistently missed and delayed deadlines. Management is never accountable for timelines. 2. Constant Excuses. Always avoiding challenging questions. Management never gives it to you straight. 3. Lies, lies, lies. Everything from number of customers, to company run-way. 4. No trust among anyone in the team

Thank you for you're feedback. It is never easy to let a number of people go at the same time. I acknowledge that there are some missed and delayed deadlines for the product and we're addressing the issue. The numbers of customers are always available on Salesforce and company runways are discussed in a weekly company meeting.

Pros

I love my job, here's why: - Every day I have the opportunity and freedom to experiment, contribute to strategic decisions, and actually see direct impact of my efforts on the company's well-being. - Amazing people work here. Everyone on the team brings unique talents and dedication to everyone's success. - Time and time again, I've seen everyone on the team demonstrate that they are genuinely invested in the success of our customers. - The CEO is vision driven, and goes out of his way to take care of the team. On top of all this, you're exposed to real opportunities to network in the Toronto tech scene, build your professional skills, and take advantage of the latest software tools.

Cons

Every now again you will need to redirect your focus and energy on very short notice and wear many hats. This can be a pro or a con depending on your strengths. If you're goal driven and interested in building out processes (often from scratch), and are good at taking ownership, this is a great opportunity. If you find more success in following established, pre-determined structures/frameworks, you might run into significant challenges.

Thank you for your feedback and I appreciate the vote of confidence. I am confident that as Knit matures many of the processes we're working on right now will be built out. Thankfully we have an amazing team that is working on it right now!
