Cinema vouchers and that’s it!
Cons
Long hours, minimum wage, no work to life balance, no management visits and manager would never answer phone and control room overworked and well understaffed. Absolutely no support, no progression, no training or development and nothing but conflict between subcompanys under the interserve brand. It comes across as if the company cares about nothing that’s outside of London!
