Pros

Knighted is a great place to work when you're young and need to save money. Co workers are close. You get a raise every new game you learn and pass. It's easy to request time off. Pay is above average.

Cons

As you get older and your perspective on life changes, the job doesn't always meet the changes in your life. If you are not in "the crew", you often get left out. All standards aren't the same for every employee. Need more Paid Sick Leave and Mental days. Even though pay is above average it is not enough to be able to live on your own in the bay area. Knighted also can improve on the benefit options and give 15 min breaks instead of 10 minute breaks. Also, at some locations the break rooms, training facilities and bathrooms can be added or improved for employees comfortability, convenience, and safety.

Pros

Company invests in it's employees. The casino industry is very tough and compared to other companies out there they make an effort to take care of their people and their communities.

Cons

The company as gotten very big and sometimes you get lost in the shuffle. There is still some 'learn as you go' situations but Knighted has really come a long way to develop internal leadership, curriculums and training structures.

Pros

There’s always work to do. If you’re like me and don’t enjoy being idle, that can definitely be a positive. You have some really amazing people that you meet in between.

Cons

Leadership lacks direction and consistency, there’s little to no real accountability, just a pattern of deflection and blame-shifting. Good people often leave due to mismanagement & dysfunction ( & not the good kind).
