The team is clicky, whether it’s with the associates or with other supervisors. If you don’t fit into who they usually hang out it is difficult to have a healthy working relationship.

While we cannot control all personal connections, we do the best we can to create opportunities for team members to foster positive work relationships.
Company invests in it's employees. The casino industry is very tough and compared to other companies out there they make an effort to take care of their people and their communities.
Cons
The company as gotten very big and sometimes you get lost in the shuffle. There is still some 'learn as you go' situations but Knighted has really come a long way to develop internal leadership, curriculums and training structures.
There’s always work to do. If you’re like me and don’t enjoy being idle, that can definitely be a positive. You have some really amazing people that you meet in between.
Cons
Leadership lacks direction and consistency, there’s little to no real accountability, just a pattern of deflection and blame-shifting. Good people often leave due to mismanagement & dysfunction ( & not the good kind).
