Pros

I get the highest tier ppo plan offered by blue shield at a reasonable rate. Managers seem to listen to what you have to say, and having worked in other lines of entry level, I haven't heard the phrase "if you have time to lean you have time to clean" once. If there is downtime, you are not obligated to do anything. Training is paid, I got paid full time for 5 weeks while waiting on my tpp badge to clear, training is comprehensive and reasonable. G/Jieho, a founding member personally said that he would fly out for a face to face meeting with any employee that so requested. Great diversity, a lot of people from all walks of life.

Cons

As my location is still being established, pay raises aren't clearly defined, however it is heavily implied that mastery of 3 games leads to your first raise, which may be how it works at most locations.

Pros

Company invests in it's employees. The casino industry is very tough and compared to other companies out there they make an effort to take care of their people and their communities.

Cons

The company as gotten very big and sometimes you get lost in the shuffle. There is still some 'learn as you go' situations but Knighted has really come a long way to develop internal leadership, curriculums and training structures.

Pros

There’s always work to do. If you’re like me and don’t enjoy being idle, that can definitely be a positive. You have some really amazing people that you meet in between.

Cons

Leadership lacks direction and consistency, there’s little to no real accountability, just a pattern of deflection and blame-shifting. Good people often leave due to mismanagement & dysfunction ( & not the good kind).
