This is a small company and with that being said, your voice and opinions get heard. It feels good to be able to have my skills recognized by my peers. I like the idea of helping to build this small team into something great.

The company is currently all on volunteer and intern status so no money to be made yet.

The people are great to work with, as a animator team environments are important to complete the task. Having the group discussions to break down each section of the project really builds a working team environment.

Since most of us are interns or volunteers the level of some members skills are not quite there yet compared to bigger AAA video game developers, but that is a minor draw back because the company's base motto is for helping new designers.
