      Nationwide support 24/7, steady pay

      Cons

      Dispatchers run you like a number and are more concerned about getting the loads delivered then you or your safety or home life. Family Dollar specifically does not care at all about the drivers. You can go OTR with Knight, but plan to cut your salary in half.

      Easy to get hired and start learning.

      Cons

      There are a lot of rules and regulations to learn. You're only as good as your dispatch wants you to be.
