average company to start with. no micro management no force dispatch, you can refuse a load and easily request a home time for all week (7days) but $0.43/mile and miles are always off... I had to check all my empty miles and loaded for every trip and ask for reimbursement. new trucks, maintenance is good but takes a long time to get to the shop. health benefits are good but its deducted from your paycheck on weekly basis
