      Entrepreneurial Earning potential is unlimited People support each other well Best in class in many areas of the business Access to the best client base

      Cons

      Incentivisation is for Individuals, unless a proprietary partner Partnership working isn't yet across the whole business Recruitment should start with retention of exceptional people, which patently doesn't happen here London centric business, driven entirely by profit Huge central cost burden on individual teams
