      Pros

      lovely people in teams and Baker Street office has been recently improved.

      Cons

      HR is horrendous with no early careers support. Graduates are being used as cheaper labour. Pay is minimum and culture is very old school with a public boarding school feel. Not what you know but who you know, hard work is not rewarded.
