      Most of the people are great, with lots of options to explore different career paths. Pay is relatively alright. Seems to be trying to explore different marketing tools

      Cons

      Very busy and messy business management. Everyone seems to be to busy to actually get work done sometimes. Easy to get pushed around. Projects tend to always be delayed.
