- lots of office politics at senior management level, who somehow took things with personal agendas leading to lots of staff leaving across various levels. - would rather lose a staff than to let them transfer to other divisions. - salary increments were slow and salary scale is on the average side - staff promotion is also quite rare with the company preferring to take fresh graduates into management level than to promote from the existing pool of staff. - bad pay masters especially when you have served your resignation notice. (which goes against the Employment Act here).
