      Pros

      Learn about the industry and making contacts within the candy industry. A couple of impressive employees that were good to work with.

      Cons

      Poor management structure. No job description. Hard to know what to do. Contradictory instructions. Low compensation rate. Poor benefits. Bad insurance available.

      Great exposure, good group of people, hours are unbelievable... pay is good! Wonderful place to work, hated to move away.

      Cons

      Need to restructure vacation and wages, need more incentives here.

      Pros

      The owner is very knowledgeable and well respected among his candy industry peers. You will obtain great exposure to the industry; use that to network and find a better place to work! Everyone outside of his company believes him to be the nicest, smartest man they know.

      Cons

      The owner is a miserable soul that is only happy when he bullies and belittles his employees. When he isn't screaming, he isn't happy. He will be the only one right, ever. He is extremely cheap!
