      Great organization by upper management, communication daily from corporate to store-level, friendly staff.

      Cons

      Behavioral assessments are not done upon hiring so hard-work ethic and team-building not emphasized.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
