      Pros

      kmart is not a stressful job itself , it can be a good one if you have the right managers.

      Cons

      there is a lot of pressure to reach your credit card , shop your way card and sometimes even the charity donations , if you dont meet them you will get fired.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
