Pros
Kmart is a very laid back place to work, which makes it a relatively stress free environment. The tasks are easy to accomplish, and the atmosphere is welcoming. They are willing to work around personal schedules.
Cons
The pay is (very) low, especially in the current market. Raises are rarely given without a change in position, and the work can become somewhat monotonous. The schedules are somewhat sporadic, as well.
