Pros
it was an opportunity to make decent money in a crappy economy. for a kid coming out of college, it is great experience and it has gotten me and my resume some decent attention. so long as this job leads to something better, it is worth it. but without leading to a better job soon, the juice just isn't worth the squeeze.
Cons
you will work way more hours than you sign on for. you will never get weekends off. you work without a pat on the back. there is always more work to be done than you have time for.
