Flexable hours. It's friendly work environment. The co workers become family. Easy hiring process. Great discount for employees. You don't have to have a college diploma to work at kmart.
Cons
Pays minum wage, which is not enough money for the work. The customers are evil including some of the managers. They work people to death. They give poor raises, an extra .15.
