Rarely disciplined employees. Rude sales floor associates and poor customer service. Unorganized Layaway department. Recycled merchandising ideas. Old stores that need updating. Many stores closing across the company so every day I was wondering if today was going to be the day my store was going to close. I worked at Kmart for 3 years and helped close 4 stores.
