      Pros

      Usually not to busy. Get 10% off most things sold by sears and kmart (This was perhaps my favorite benefit).

      Cons

      Store was extremely understaffed. Expect to do the work of 5 people for the pay of one.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
