      Pros

      Making your own schedule, involed in all aspect of the company. Safety meeting, safety audits, shrink meetings, outdates checks, dsd audits.

      Cons

      Get ever thing in writing! Fight for money before getting hired. Raises are very low so get what you want up front.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
