      Pros

      Great chance to build relationships with "core" customers. People shop at Kmart for a reason, which is seldom the lowest price; this makes the job enjoyable. Good benefits, especially in today's work market. Flexible on time off/hours.

      Cons

      No real chance to advance. No bonuses or raises. Pay modest. No real training programs. Very high associate turnover rate.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
