      Pros

      Field associates and managers are dedicated and have an "all in" attitude. They look out for the well being of each other.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is lost. Talks about streamlining and does just the opposite. Adds more and more to the already overflowing plate. Lost focus on what really matters.... the customer.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
