Pros
The pay is decent enough, and the work is as easy as can be for a job. Applying is very easy, as is holding a job. The day to day job can change very easily, if you want to work in a certain department such as clothes or electronics. Try and change early, however, or you may be stuck. Hours are very flexible provided you know ahead of time.
Cons
Pressure to get people to sign up for rewards card and credit cards is very, very high. Some managers have different opinions on rules. Don't ever expect a raise.
