Pros
Really can not come up with one, except that it was a paycheck and I lived less than a mile away.
Cons
Hostile work environment. Horrible benefits. You will be harassed to get shop your way reward cards. No focus on sales at all. DM's try to micromanage everything. Stores are dirty and falling apart and no money is spent to fix things. Have to force employees to harass customers to purchase charity crap and extended warranties, and sign up for shop your way rewards and credit cards.
