      Pros

      the CoWorkers make it fun to be there..otherwise It gets pretty frustrating with the old systems and there "excellent" organization.

      Cons

      The machines need updated. Kmart needs a better overall reconstruction and if the stores were actually updated, we would have more business.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
