      Pros

      Kmart was loyal to good employees, and worked to give the good employees opportunities to grow their knowledge. Everybody there seems to care about one another.

      Cons

      There was a lot expected from each employee. The hours were tough at times, especially around the holidays. Was not always enough employees to get everything done.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
