I had support of HR and office manager. upon hiring and promoting to up front cashier
Cons
Not enough employees to fill customer demands, minimal manager assistance when understaffed, unable to take breaks due to under staffing, poor training, if you discussed how much you got paid, you could get fired. and lastly when minimum wages were raised, they should have raised other positions. I literally was overworked and underpaid
