      Pros

      Various shifts throughout the day that you can work. Decent lunch break if you work enough hours. Tiny discount.

      Cons

      No benefits. Lack of training overall by people for their positions. Management is indifferent to everything except forcing sears cards and smart plans on customers. The pay isn't great, either. Not much room for advancement.
