I feel that there is too much "busy" work that has little to no impact on results. Benefits for employees continue to decline and pay scale for new hires is well below the industry standard and not all competitive to attract new talent or retain talented employees. Focus in the stores doesnt seem to be on building sales rather but on complying with programs and deadlines.
