Pros
Kmart -- while being a completely ridiculous company -- had one good incentive. There was one department manager that acted professionally and appropriately. I was glad that they hired such a good employee to balance out there horrible management staff.
Cons
Kmart was a filthy place. The aisles looked unprofessional, the floors were always dirty and the environment was poorly executed.
