Pros

Nice people Wed morning breakfast made by a nice coworker

Cons

Non-flexible working hours - 9-5 can't even leave 10 minutes earlier, no lunch time unless you come in 30 min earlier (this depends on which department you're at) ; no remote work allowed. Micro-managing from CEO. It'a an outdoor company while not much outdoor culture here. It's very stingy here - you pay for the snack (for CEO's kid's business) This place is good for Mormon who has a family but not for people looking for growing professionally. People are quitting recently

Pros

Klymit is an awesome place to work - it's a small company, with amazing products, tremendous growth potential, and very small business culture. The ability to help build an organization to compete in a complex market is rewarding.

Cons

If you like lots of structure, this is not the place for you. People wear a lot of hats and jump in to help where needed.

Pros

Always able to get my hours. Some solid co-workers.

Cons

Management was terrible, over educated, not willing to listen unless you were one of the executives…. Pay gap was enormous. Entry level sales person was 60k plus huge performance bonuses and many perks. Warehouse people even the warehouse manager was grossly underpaid no perks or bonuses. Toxic workplace
