      - Overall it's a small-medium sized company, making everyone very tight-knit; QA, Dev, Team Lead, Scrum Master, PO, CEO, and it allows for actual open discussion regarding problems and issues for future improvements - they are open to learning new things, even have the opportunity to change roles if you want to pursue other things - HR is very responsive, always have company events almost every month, team lunch also quite often

      - Office is a bit cramped, the company is expanding quickly

      Pros

      Kloudius provides a very flexible work-environment which creates a balance in your work and personal life. The growth of learning here is amazing. I am always learning something new every day. The management is very helpful, it listens to you and takes care of your every concern.
