      There was friendly coworkers. However, most of the work was done off shore. There was focus for advancement in many different areas.

      pays poorly, disorganized, non focused approach. They were all over the map and did not concentrate on any specific expertise

      - Flexible office timing - Great opportunity of learning and growth if placed on new project

      Cons

      - Poor Management and Communal Politics with favoritism - Lay-offs at any given time even when you are working on several projects - Communal favoritism works utmost in Lay-offs - Regular delays in salary payment, sometimes it got delayed by weeks - Salary hikes are negligible irrespective of your performance
