Cons
KloudData and all the other companies associated with it are the worst companies you could work for. Irrespective of how well you work, how dedicated you are towards them, you will 100% disregarded. A small mistake and they find excuses to say I’ll about it. They are a confused group of managers, CEO, CFO, COO who will conveniently ruin your career for their bad (read, IRRESPONSIBLE) bunch of people. I can go on and on about how pathetic they are. 1. They ask for a 3 month notice period, but they ask you to leave the next after you resign. 2. After that, they will not clear dues for about more than 6 months and keep apologising for their delay, blaming it on debts that the previous management has caused them (god know which previous management are they all talking about), and after multiple mails, they will not have the guts to reply to your mails. It’s when you get rude with them, that they reply. Which company doesn’t clear dues for 6 months (and counting) and say that it will take more time for them to clear the dues? 3. PF accounts are badly screwed up. 4. Firing employees for the goof ups the management has made. 5. They have favouritism penetrated deeply, so your work will never get its due. Much like the money they will owe you at the end. 6. Salary gets delayed for 15-30 days. After I left, employees told me that it’s gone till 2.5 months of delay. I’m sure, if you’ve been contacted for a job from KloudData, and hoping you read this, and NEVER join them. You will regret that decision, like I do now!
