Pros
I am working on Klouddata from more then 1 year client side at relaince jio. I am working like labor not like as a Software Developer . Weekend also need to come because you are in client side .Only one thing good here you will get chance to work with global software developers. They can fire any employee any time if some on u pose company management .
Cons
Here lot of cons : 1-In klouddata if you are client side they will not relive before 3 month because you are in billing mode. 2-They hired some unskilled developer on high pay no criteria for their measurement. 3-No team lunch or Dinner because you are on client side so you must work like slave. 4-Salary not on time when you expecting you will get email we are not able to pay salary
