      Pros

      The work environment is good, with understandable people at it is not a very high-stress company. The work group is basically ready to help you learn what you don't know or understand.

      Cons

      The salary is not at the best level in Albanian market, could be better. The working hours are usually expanded and this comes as a mater of bad work management.

      There is a perfectly direction and management. Professional staff working in group.

      Cons

      Also worked Saturdays until 1.30. In special cases overtime.
