      Pros

      -Flexible work environment -Amazing office(full kitchen, free coffee, tons of space and meeting rooms) -(generally) friendly people -Allows dogs(though this never happens anymore) -Teams usually collab quite well -Let you pick which type of machine(mac or PC) you want to use

      Cons

      -Depressed/empty atmosphere -stale salaries(business is struggling greatly) -team responsibilities change often due to (extremely) high employee turnover -No more social events/ limited office funds -Perception(might be unfair) of HR and upper management not caring

      Pros

      There's a driven culture of learning and caring at Klipfolio. Each individual is striving to be their personal best so they can better contribute to their teams and ultimately grow the company. And I've found that employees genuinely care about each other.

      Cons

      It actually took me a few minutes to think of a con, but here goes. Klipfolio is a high-growth SaaS company, and with so many new hires coming on board it can be difficult to get to know them.
