      They are flexible in terms of hours

      Cons

      They will not train you. They will expect you know everything. The office in el cerrito has a tendency of cliquing up and being really hard on the new person. I felt very excluded.

      Pros

      In the beginning, it seems as if it is a great place until they try and include you in fair housing law-breaking, and when you say something to upper management, they fire you. I dont think the owner is aware of all the things that are going on.

      Cons

      They are judgmental, very smile in your face, not team.
