      not a very forward-looking company definitely not an employee-focused company, almost zero focus on employee feedback/requests/ideas. no career plan for employees. company culture does not include social responsibilities: Profitability is everything.

      There is not only one reason to suggest that company. Trust me

      Cons

      The worst boss profile you can ever imagine. Full of EGO and lack of kindness. He can swear and shout your face anytime without any hesitate, he feels like GOD himself. Stay away from him. Only Gossip & Thrown Games between all employees. You can success as long as you have political relations with the others having power in hand. Very low salaries.
