      The quality of life is very good. The projects are challenging. The recruitment process was quick and transparent. Very competitive salary

      Pros

      - the technical level of the employees was from middle and above - friendly and responsive HR and recruiting department (until 2020) - family atmosphere

      Cons

      - all the advantages ended quickly - formal HR BP - staff turnover - people involved in management are often not qualified enough for such roles - lack of adequate feedback from top-management - getting a salary increase is another quest, it's easier to get a counter offer or find yourself in another company.

      The best reasons to work there is you can get a lot of projects with iot.

      Cons

      I'd say you'll don't have a collaboration with other developers because they always work on other projects.
