Good safety culture. The company sends you very nice work equipment. KLF east cultural team is a pleasure to work with.

Relies on one client so seasonal leave is almost an annual necessity as work dries up often. The NorCal cultural team management is poor at best. Cliquey and passive aggressive behavior.
